At the Villa we will be there coordinating everything:

• Arranging transportation for them and their guests, if needed we can find other houses nearby for the guests that are not staying with you.
• Confirm deadlines with vendors prior to wedding.
• Direct vendor as needed.
• Banquette setting tables and chairs settings, glass ware, silverware and linens.
• Make sure floral arrangements on tables and arch for ceremony it’s in place.
• Music and Lighting in place.
• Make sure the staff in setting properly.
• Direct guest as they arrive and depart.
• Direct guest as ceremony starts.
• Direct guest for first dance.
• Coordinate with staff and vendor villa clean up.
• Make sure guests are transported back to their hotels or villas.

Susana and her team were life-savers for me and my husband. We decided to have our wedding at Villa Scala in Acapulco, Mexico and originally arranged for another US wedding planner to help us with our wedding.
